I’m Francisco Morga, Jr., a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. My career has spanned work with nationally ranked general contractors and consulting firms, managing diverse projects across sectors including healthcare, hospitality, multi-family residential, higher education, and luxury homes.
I’ve successfully led teams through ground-up developments, tenant improvements, and high-end remodels, ensuring budgets are met, timelines are kept, and quality exceeds expectations. My approach combines technical expertise with proactive communication, providing my clients with peace of mind and results they can count on.

I’m Mariana Morga, the Co-Founder of La Presa Building Group. I am devoted to creating meaningful spaces and delivering exceptional, client-centered experiences. My professional background is rooted in customer experience, leadership, sales strategy, and design-driven curation within luxury hospitality and premier venue environments.
Recognized for my ability to understand each client’s vision, I bring warmth, structure, and sophistication to the construction journey, seamlessly bridging the worlds of hospitality and craftsmanship. My strengths in relationship management, project coordination, and aesthetic direction ensure that every project is not only executed but thoughtfully experienced from beginning to end. With over ten years in the construction industry, we have had the opportunity to lead and contribute to a wide range of complex and high-value projects across the West Coast and beyond. Prior to founding La Presa Building Group, we served in key construction roles:
Multi-Family Mixed-Use Development – Las Vegas, NV
Oversaw the ground-up construction of a 9.13-acre mixed-use community featuring a four-story, 210-unit residential building, four retail structures, two parking garages, and extensive on- and off-site improvements. Amenities included a rooftop sky lounge, pool/spa with fire feature, guard shacks, fitness center, wine room, and game room. The project achieved LEED Silver Certification for its sustainable design and construction.
Hospitality Renovation – Las Vegas, NV
Managed a 277,000-square-foot renovation of a well-known casino hotel, including upgrades to over 100 guestrooms and suites across multiple floors, corridor refinements, and central utility modernization. The work required precise phasing and coordination to minimize disruption in a 24/7 hospitality environment.
Healthcare Facility Modernization – Los Angeles, CA
Led a lobby remodel at an active hospital, overseeing all phases of construction from design coordination to regulatory compliance. Worked closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and state healthcare authorities (HCAi), ensuring that hospital operations remained uninterrupted throughout construction.
Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade – Stanford, CA
Directed the replacement and upgrade of campus-wide electrical systems from 4kV to 12kV at a major university. The project involved critical infrastructure within an operational academic setting. Managed subcontractors to ensure seamless implementation while maintaining safety and reliability standards.
Medical Center Infrastructure Improvements – Los Angeles, CA
Contributed to ongoing facility upgrades across nine buildings at a legacy medical center with aging infrastructure. Assisted in the strategic renovation of MEP systems well beyond their expected life cycles, mitigating risk while supporting continuous hospital operations.
Ultra-Luxury Residential QA/QC – Lāna‘i, Hawai‘i
Provided construction quality assurance and control during the final phase of a multi-million private estate. Ensured the highest levels of craftsmanship and detail, working directly with trades and designers to meet elite performance standards.
